The current downloadable release is forthcoming. This page will not collect an email address, accept a provider key, or send visitors to an unverified artifact.
Green Room is local-first. When packaging is ready, the local application—not this public site—will guide users in connecting their own local or cloud LLM. A selected cloud provider will receive bounded context, disclosed during local setup.
The first package is intended to include all twelve researched historical characters preinstalled after their exact versions pass Official Catalog admission. The Character Wizard and community library will follow the same validated portable-pack contract rather than inventing separate character formats.

- A clean supported machine installs and starts the local companion from published documentation.
- The default listener and setup remain local, with no project account or hosted service required.
- Backup, upgrade, restore, export, delete, uninstall, and recovery limitations are tested and documented.
- Release artifacts reproduce from a clean checkout and publish independently verified checksums.
- Provider credentials remain local and absent from room data, events, exports, logs, diagnostics, packs, and this website.
